    • Buyers: Users who purchase content.

3. User Conduct

  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Refrain from harassing, abusing, or threatening other users.
  • Avoid uploading or sharing illegal, harmful, or explicit material.

4. Content Policies

  • Ownership of Content: Models retain ownership of their uploaded content. Buyers purchase a license for personal use only and may not share, resell, or distribute purchased content.
  • Prohibited Content: ForbiddenViews strictly prohibits the upload of:
    • Illegal material or copyrighted content without proper rights.
    • Exploitative, non-consensual, or harmful material.
  • Content Removal: ForbiddenViews reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Payments and Transactions

  • For Buyers: Payments for content are processed securely. Prices are set by the Models.
  • For Models: Earnings are subject to a platform commission. Withdrawals require a valid payment method (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer).
  • Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of technical errors or platform-related issues.

  • By the User: You may delete your account at any time. Just contact us!
  • By ForbiddenViews: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in illegal activity.
  • Account Protection: For enhanced security, users are encouraged to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to prevent unauthorized access to their accounts.
