3. Counter-Notification

Required Information for a Counter-Notification:

3. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who filed the original copyright notice.

4. Repeat Infringers
