By uploading and selling content on ForbiddenViews, you, the Author (referred to as "Model" in the platform), agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in the ForbiddenViews platform and the sale of your content. Please read them carefully.

1. Content Ownership

As an Author, you retain full ownership of all content you upload to ForbiddenViews. By uploading content, you grant ForbiddenViews a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the platform for the purpose of sale to Buyers.

  • Selling Content: You may upload videos, images, audio files, and other media, which will be made available for purchase by Buyers.
  • Prohibited Content: You must not upload content that violates any applicable laws, infringes the intellectual property of others, or violates the platform’s guidelines.

2. Payment and Earnings

  • Content Sales: You will earn a percentage of the purchase price for each item of content sold on the platform. The exact percentage of earnings will be communicated to you on the platform.
  • Payment Methods: Earnings from content sales will be processed through our supported payment systems. Refer to the platform's payment section for more details on payment methods and schedules.

3. Referral Program

As an Author, you can also participate in our Referral Program to earn additional income by referring new Buyers to ForbiddenViews.

  • When a referred Buyer makes a purchase, you will earn a commission on the total amount spent.
  • Referral Program Terms: By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to the Referral Program Terms. It is your responsibility to regularly check these terms for any updates, as ForbiddenViews reserves the right to modify or suspend the program at any time.

4. Account Verification

To ensure the safety and legality of transactions, all Authors must complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before being allowed to sell content on the platform. This includes submitting a government-issued ID (both front and back) and a selfie for identity verification.

  • Verification Process: Your content will not be available for sale until your verification is approved.
  • Security: Your personal information will be securely processed and stored according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Content Management

  • Content Updates: You have the ability to edit or remove your content from the platform at any time, but please note that once a content item has been purchased, it cannot be removed from the Buyer's account.
  • Content Pricing: You may set the price for your content, subject to the platform's pricing rules and policies.

6. Prohibited Behavior

As an Author on ForbiddenViews, you agree not to:

  • Upload content that is misleading, false, or otherwise violates our platform’s guidelines.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to submitting false or misleading identification, misrepresenting ownership of content, or violating intellectual property rights.
  • Violate the privacy or safety of any individual.

7. Termination

ForbiddenViews reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Author Terms or engage in any prohibited behavior.

  • Termination for Cause: If your account is terminated for violation of these terms, you will forfeit any unpaid earnings.
  • Termination at Will: You may also terminate your account at any time by submitting a request to customer support.

8. Changes to the Author Terms

ForbiddenViews reserves the right to modify these Author Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. You agree to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continuing to use the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

ForbiddenViews is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to content removal, payment errors, or technical issues.
