Referral Program Terms

ForbiddenViews offers a referral program that allows Models to earn a commission by referring new customers to the platform. Please review these terms carefully before participating in the program.
1. Overview of the Referral Program
- The Referral Program allows Models to earn a 5% commission on the purchases made by customers they refer to ForbiddenViews.
- The referral is tracked through a unique referral link provided to the Model.
- Only Models are eligible to participate in the referral program and earn commissions.
- Referrals apply exclusively to customer purchases (Buyers) and cannot be used for other Models.
2. How the Referral Program Works
- Referring Customers: Models can refer new Buyers to ForbiddenViews using their unique referral link.
- Referral Commissions: When a referred Buyer makes a purchase, the Model who referred them will earn a 5% commission on the total purchase amount.
- Commission Tracking: Referrals and commissions are tracked automatically through the referral system. You can monitor your earnings in your account dashboard.
3. Eligibility and Participation
- To participate, you must be a registered Model on ForbiddenViews.
- Referrals can only be made by Models who are active on the platform.
- Referral Program Restrictions:
- Referrals cannot be used to recruit other Models for the platform.
- Commissions apply only to purchases made by Buyers (not other Models).
- Referrals are not transferable.
4. Referral Commission Payment
- Referral commissions will be paid according to the platform's payment schedule, after the referred Buyer’s payment has been processed and completed.
- Commissions will be paid into the Model’s earnings balance and can be withdrawn following the platform’s withdrawal procedures.
5. Changes to the Referral Program
- ForbiddenViews reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, without prior notice. This includes the ability to change the commission percentage or entirely disable the program.
- Models must regularly review these Terms to stay updated on any changes. It is the responsibility of each participant to check for updates periodically.
- Any changes to the Referral Program will be effective immediately upon posting, and the continued use of the program will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Fraudulent Activity
- Any attempts to manipulate the system or use fraudulent means to generate referrals will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, and you may forfeit any earned commissions.
- This includes but is not limited to creating fake accounts or using unauthorized methods to generate referrals.
7. Limitation of Liability
ForbiddenViews will not be responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that affect the tracking or payment of referral commissions.
